“Listen to 5 minutes of classical music” – between October 1 and 31, in unconventional spaces

Hypermarkets, malls, bookstores, museums, company headquarters: these are the unconventional spaces where the great music of all time will be heard every day of October, as part of the “Listen to 5 minutes of classical music” project, initiated by Radio Romania Muzical and continued without interruption since 2010. ParkLake Shopping Center is one of the traditional partners of this project.

Famous musical works become part of the sound environment at ParkLake Shopping Center: every day of October, from 19.00, well-known opuses, including Autumn by Antonio Vivaldi, Bolero by Maurice Ravel, Wedding March from the stage music “Dream of a summer nights” by Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy, Dansul tărănesc by Constantin Dimitrescu, but also arias by Giacomo Puccini, whose disappearance will be marked 100 years on November 29, 2024.

The “Listen to 5 minutes of classical music” project has an uninterrupted history of 14 years in unconventional spaces throughout the country. The first edition took place in October 2010 and since then, during the months of March and October, every day, the public had the chance to discover or rediscover the great opuses of classical music, in unexpected spaces, auditions received positively by both customers and and the employees of the project partners. Within the same project, concerts with Romanian musicians were also organized over time, which enjoyed great success with the public.
