Uncle John is a brand that was born in 2015, from the owners’ desire to bring the experience of gourmet dishes that we find especially in sit-down restaurants, to the area of shopping centers, as close as possible to people. The motivation of Uncle John’s business comes from the observation that such products, cooked on the spot, with fresh ingredients, in front of the customer, are missing from the offers of restaurants in shopping centers. Thus, pepper jam, caramelized onion jam, blue cheese, barbeque sauce and smoked cheese found their place in the recipes of delicious burgers at Uncle John.

We believe in properly cooked food, from quality ingredients and, as far as possible, without preservatives or additives, that’s why a burger, a quesadilla or a portion of grilled ribs can be prepared in a few minutes, and served hot, because you to enjoy the special taste of our recipes.
