Nedelya is a confectionary chain with over 20 years of history. The company was founded by Radoslava and Gheorghi Mincevi and is currently the leader in handmade cakes, with over 30 locations in Eastern Europe.

1. We use only high-quality products: cow’s milk cream, fresh cow’s butter and fresh eggs as used in the old Viennese confectioneries. We have been working with the same suppliers for years and we rarely change them. We purchase more expensive raw materials and do not compromise when it comes to quality.

2. Every cake is handmade. In the morning we bake the tops and cut them. We smear them with cream and sour cream, we syrup them and then decorate each cake individually. The magic of the confectionery is the manual manufacturing.

3. Our cakes have not been frozen at any stage of production and storage. This is the main reason for the incredible fresh taste and that is why the shelf life of our cakes is of 4 days.
