Cartofisserie was born from the love of potatoes.

We respect potatoes and their way of life. We like potatoes grown with care, caressed by the sun and picked with patience. We like unstressed, fresh and aromatic potatoes.

At Cartofisserie, the potatoes enter through the front door and receive a seat in the VIP lounge. Because they are special guests, we wait patiently and let them relax as they should. We treat potatoes with care and passion. We bake some potatoes with the skin on them. Others, we clean them carefully, cut them into thick slices and pass them through hot oil. We then put them in the cold, to rest leisurely, and at the end we sear them moderately. Once they reach us, the potatoes know that it can’t get any better than that. We respect potatoes and their right to be fried properly.

We mix different sauces, for special tastes. The real fries are bathed in spicy sauces, with herbs and flavors, for a complete experience of the perfect taste.
